Asparagus

Roasting –  Roasted asparagus will be golden and a little crispy in places.

Step 1 Preheat your oven to 150 degrees.

Step 2 Put the asparagus in large a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and a couple of pinches of salt. Toss gently until all of the asparagus is coated.

Step 3 Lay the asparagus on a large rimmed roasting pan, avoiding overcrowding. Bake in the oven for approx 10 minutes, and flip the asparagus once or twice until cooked all over. Season with additional salt to taste.

  • First attempt - 180 degrees, 10 min = overdone. Putting in as oven preheats and lowering to 150 and trying bottom 1/3 shelf.

2023-07 adult breakfast: Daily Process:

  1. Place two saucepans on cooktop and spray oil
  2. Cut mushrooms and put in saucepan
  3. Beat 6 eggs and place in second saucepan
  4. Turn on both and stir eggs
  5. Put baby spinach leaves on mushrooms
  6. continue to stir eggs
  7. Put Salmon on baby spinach
  8. Finish cooking eggs and turn everything off.
  9. Two plates and 1/2 Avocado.
  10. Cut avocado and place 1/4 on each plate.
  11. Serve Eggs and Spinach+muchrooms
  12. Pepper and salt to taste.
  13. Mozarella cheese on top.
