2022-10-26: PETG - Blue - Aristotle Name - 4 hours 4 minutes Normal Print - Brim adhesion type to keep letters together. Otherwise the letters wouldn’t stick to base. Layer Height: 0.16mm Wall thickness: 1.2mm Luban Software says nozzle Temp: 235 (Can’t edit material settings, blank) Nozzle Temperature: 200 (manually set on machine) (Temp went back to 235 during print) Base temperature: 80 (manually set on machine) Print Speed: 20mm/s Display says Work Speed: 30mm/s ? Maybe this will change as printing happens.
2022-10-23: PETG - Blue - Aristotle Name - 2 hours 20 minutes Normal Print - Brim adhesion type to keep letters together. Otherwise the letters wouldn’t stick to base. Layer Height: 0.16mm Wall thickness: 1.2mm Nozzle Temperature: 200 Print Speed: 50mm/s Outcome: Fail. PETG didn’t melt together and came apart easily. Need better PETG settings. Also might try Capitals for the name.
